Well D.G To respond to your question, I would say yes and no. Yes we have access to the mind of God and that is internal to us. Also no when we don't lineup with God by working and walking in his ways. It is like having access to everything in the kingdom but misplacing the keys to the gates. Life is setup in systems with rules to guide us. When we work and live in those systems then we find that doors are opened to us like the doorway to the mind of God.

We must remember even Satan is one of Gods creatures and he holds out hope that He will come back to Him. There are many ways I can explain this but I will keep it as simple as I can. In Revelation It talks about the end times and what is going to happen. After the tribulation is over and Jesus returns there will be a 1000 years of peace, but once that time has passed Satan will break free and a battle will occur at which time he be destroyed in fire. As for now we must endure his constant attacks with Gods help we will over come each battle.

What the verse means These words were meant for Jesus. They were telling Jesus that he can now break the seals into the book of eternal life. He can now look in the book that has been sealed since the beginning of time. they proclaim that he is worthy enough because he came down to the world and died for every single soul on earth. He bought everyone with his blood, that was payment for us so that makes him worthy enough to break the seals to the book of eternal life. What it means to me Well this shows me that only at the end time will Jesus open up the book of eternal life. this means that no name could have come out or in that book, so i was destined to be a follower of God from the beginning of time because my name was already in that book from the beginning and that i can never loose my salvation. Also that I follow a wonderful God who is worthy enough because he gave up his life to buy me back from the evil cluches of Satan. That i was so important to Him that he would shed his blood just to save my soul from eternal damnation.
