The attributes of each are: the Holy Spirit is described in the Bible as a wind. The Son is described in the Bible as a good shepherd. The Father, Christians believe that God is like a perfect father.

Well, like Robyn said, the trinity is another name for the three parts or personalities of God:The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

♥The Son, of course, is Jesus Christ, the Savior and lord of the earth. He came to save( He is loving and caring).

♥The Father also has those qualities but is also strong, awesome, and kind-hearted.

♥The Holy Spirit is known to work in mysterious ways. Some people refer to the Holy Spirit as one's conscience and the guilty feeling you receive after an evil act. So the Holy Spirit is unique, unchangeable, mysterious and magnificent.

*in these paragraphs I hope I did not indicate that these three are different.I only mean that some exhibit some characteristics more than others

Peace!!!

Yepp as said before Trinity is one way of defining God.. God is three in One... He is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
He is the Father who sent His son down to die for us.. He was willing to let His son go just because He loves us so much.
He is also the Son who came down to earth as a man to die crucially on the cross for us to take away our sins..
Then He is the Holy Spirit. His Holy Spirit lives in us when he accept Him as our Lord and Savior.. so like Alina said He is our conscience and He will be there to work in us...

Hope that answers it.. He is all of these but yet still one which makes Him so great..

The Holy Trinity is one God that exists in three Persons and one substance, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

God the Father because he is the creator, law-giver, and protector

God the Son is the second person of the Trinity who gave his life for us all so that our sins may be forgiven.

God the Holy Spirit the Holy Spirit dwells in the individual believers and enable them to live a righteous and faithful life.

God is the Trinity. God is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is three in one... God is the Father because He always cares for us and comforts us. He is the Son because He send his only son to come to the earth to save us from sins. He is also a Holy Spirit because where ever we go, even though we can't see Him, He is always around us and always saves us...

The Term Trinity is derived from the Latin word "trinitas". It is used to describe 3 distinct beings, God the father, Jesus the son, and the holy spirit the mysterious one. This means that God is not begotten, but Jesus is. The Holy Spirit comes from God. God sent Jesus. Jesus and God sent the Holy Spirit. God creates, Jesus redeems, and the Holy Spirit sanctifies. Thank you for your time ;)

The word "trinity" means that God exists as a unity of three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each of the persons is distinct from the other. In other words, each is fully divine in nature, but each is not the totality of the other persons of the Trinity. Each has a will, loves, and says "I", and "You" when speaking. Each is divine, so there are not three gods, but one God.

The word “trinity” means that there are three distinct persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) within the being and activity of God.The Father is not the same person as the Son who is not the same person as the Holy Spirit who is not the same person as the Father. Each is divine, yet there are not three gods, but one God.
In other words God is three persons. Each person is divine. But there is only one God.. =]

The trinity is three people who are different and the same in one. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Father, who is God. The son, who is Jesus. The Holy Spirit is the strength given by the love of God and that keeps the faithful people together with God and Christ.

No one knows exactly who was the first to use the term trinity. There are lots of assumptions but no proof behind them. The word however comes from the latin word "trinitas" which means three persons in one Godhead. There are three beings in the body of Christ. Jesus who is the son of God and saviour of the world. Without him we would have no hope of life. Jesus is also the way to the Father. Then there is the Father. He is the master of all heaven and earth. He is the one that allows us to have breathe in the morning. He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The last one is the Holy spirit. In simple terms he is the one that guides us on earth. Jesus left him with us to show us the truth. All of the three are very important. They all need each other to function correctly.
